Lawyer Cao Duc Nhuan is founding and managing partner of our law office. Lawyer Cao Duc Nhuan graduated from National Academy of Public Administration in 1973, and graduated from Legal Training course in 1988 and be recognized as a lawyer in 1995, he also got Master degree in 1998. Lawyer Cao Duc Nhuan teaches future lawyers as a visiting teacher, from the first training course in 2002 to now at Judicial Academy, Ministry of Justice. Lawyer Nhuan is the lawyer of Dong nai Bar Association, and he joined from the beginning of establishment of the Bar. In 2009, Lawyer Nhuan honored to be selected as one of lawyers to speak about lawyer careers and teaching task for future lawyers at the first Congress of Vietnam Bar Federation.
Having more than 23 years experience in law practice, Lawyer Nhuan has participated in most law practices, especially enterprise consultancy, commercial law, real estate as well as participating in litigation and disputes resolution. Lawyer Nhuan has acted for various multinational corporations, such as C.P Group, Bayer, Nestle, Proconco, ON Semiconductor Vietnam, Mabuchi Motor, Watabe Wedding and so on. In recent years, Lawyer Nhuan has been considered as one of top lawyers in labor laws, acts many cases for foreign companies, including negotiating about labor collective agreement, solving strikes as well as participating at court in labor disputes.
